HOTEL DESCRIPTION The Cwrt Bleddyn & Spa has an idyllic rural setting in the glorious Vale of Usk, near Newport. The Wye Valley and Brecon Beacons are close by and the M4 is within a 10 minute drive. This historic manor house set in 50 acres of gardens and grounds dates back centuries. Jane Seymour and Catherine Parr, two of Henry VIII’s wives, stayed in the building and some say their spirit lives on. Parts of the original building remain long after it was converted into a hotel. There are 44 beautifully designed bedrooms ranging from standard to executive rooms, period rooms to suites. The Champagne Bar offers a chic mix of style and sophistication while the spacious yet intimate Med Restaurant has fine views of the grounds. The Leisure Club has state of the art equipment and heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam rooms and sauna.
